I attended Boston College, where I graduated with a B.S. in Biology. I am in the process of applying to medical school. Through my MCAT studies, I have been able to solidify my knowledge in biology and health sciences. While I have a love for teaching anything scientific, organic chemistry and biology are my favorite courses to tutor.While I was in college, I successfully tutored a number of students in science and lab by creating customized lessons for each individual learner. In addition to tutoring, I worked as a teacher's assistant in a biology lab course for first year students. I also participated in an independent study, researching malaria in a genetics lab.Other courses that I am capable of tutoring are middle school science, anatomy, physiology, and molecular biology. When I am not studying or teaching, I enjoy playing sports. I am devoted to playing tennis, but I like to ski and play volleyball as well. I look forward to helping a new generation of students reach their full potential, both in life and in the classroom. I currently reside in New Fairfield, Connecticut.
